 ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR KEMPSTON TOWN

The Annual Parish Meeting for the Parish of Kempston Town, will be held in Centenary Hall, 104 Bedford Road, Kempston on Thursday 28 April 2022 at 7.30pm.

Local Government electors for the Town will be entitled to vote at the Meeting which will be open to the public.

The reading of the Fire precautions (on the back of the front cover) by those present should be carried out prior to the commencement of the business.

The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:

  2. b) Annual Report and Financial Statement of Kempston Burials Joint Committee – 1 year to 31st March 2022 (see pages 8-10)
  3. c) Annual Report and Financial Statement of Beds & Herts Regimental Memorial Charity – 1 year to 31st March 2022 (see pages 11-12)
  4. d) Annual Report and Financial Statement of Kempston Town Mayor’s Charity Account – 1 year to 31st. March 2022 (see pages 13-14)
